Organizational Leadership, B.A.

The B.A. in Organizational Leadership integrates theory, skills, and practice to prepare students for principled and effective leadership across diverse organizational settings. Students build a strong foundation in leadership models, organizational theory, and ethical decision-making, while developing practical competencies in communication, team dynamics, and financial stewardship. Through hands-on labs, case studies, and applied projects, they practice leading with self-awareness and strategic insight. The program culminates in a capstone experience that synthesizes learning through real-world organizational analysis and change planning. Electives allow students to tailor their studies toward their own interests and career goals.
